Rooms & Cottages
Our newly finished, luxury cottages are private, single-family units and offer stylish accommodations for men, women, or couples. These cottages offer much more privacy, but are still close to the main residence hall in order to participate in social events and dining.
Our two-bedroom, two-full-bath cottages have a:
- fully-equipped kitchen;
- dining area;
- bright, airy living area with a cathedral ceiling and gas log fireplace;
- large master bedroom with a walk-in closet;
- guest room or office space;
- laundry room with washer and dryer provided;
- and an oversized garage with side and overhead storage.
The cottages are available at a monthly rental rate of $1450.

Our Resident’s Rooms
Private rooms with private baths are rented on a monthly basis with rates ranging from $700.00 – $900.00 per month depending on the size and configuration of the room. Residents may add some of their own furnishings for a personal touch. Additionally, residents may bring their own linens and towels, and should also bring their own television. Parking is available for those who have cars.
