Resource & Referral Center

Located on the Altenheim campus, the Altenheim Resource & Referral Center (ARRC) has been a part of the Wheeling community since 1995. Continuing the Altenheim mission of “care for the aged,” the Resource & Referral Center offers information to seniors, their families, professional caregivers, and others who have aging or caregiving questions. Center Coordinator Ann Koegler has over 30 years of experience in geriatric social work and has been with the Resource Center since its opening. We are committed to improving the quality of life of seniors and their caregivers!

We receive no federal or state funding and have no connection to other agencies. There may be many options for assistance, and we strive to provide the information that allows families and seniors to make the choices that are best for them.

We offer information at no charge and without obligation. Information is offered for YOUR area. We have no geographic limitations and no matter where you or your care receiver live, we will strive to provide information to help you!
